How quickly do you process and ship orders?

  • We typically process and ship orders on in-stock items the same or next business day. Have a question about shipping? Email us at info@efficientvelo.com

Do you offer shop/industry discounts?

  • The short answer is no. Effective October 5th, 2019 we no longer have a separate pricing structure for shops and professional mechanics. We build our tools to be used specifically in a commercial setting by professional mechanics and price them to sell directly to that market. Professional mechanics make up the overwhelming majority of our customers.

  • With the exception of our Safe Zone Helmet Mirror, we do not price our tools for resale in a retail setting.

Do you have distributors outside of the U.S.?

  • We ship worldwide direct from our Washougal, Washington headquarters. Contact us at info@efficientvelo.com for more information.

  • For customers located in Australia and New Zealand, we’ve partnered with Lead Out Sports to offer a selection of our tools and the Safe Zone Helmet Mirror.

  • For those customers located in Korea, our tools can be purchased from our exclusive distributor in Korea - Rubi Workshop in Seoul. They are located at: 320, Sinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea - Tel : 02-516-8465 - Fax : 02-546-8465 - email: info@rubiworkshop.com

Can you create a custom tool for me or my shop?

  • At this time we do not take requests for custom tools.

I have an idea for a new tool, can I present my idea and have you make it?

  • We currently do not have resources for outside development projects.

I already have a Right Arm Repair Clamp, can I buy an EZ-Lift without one?

  • Sorry, we do not sell the EZ-Lift Repair Stand without a new Right Arm Repair Clamp installed.

I need help installing and adjusting the Safe Zone Mirror, can you help?

  • Absolutely! Email us at info@efficientvelo.com with photos of your helmet and mirror - we are happy to make a recommendations and guide you through the process of getting the mirror installed and adjusted. Do you offer alternate colors for your repair stands?

  • Yes, for an alternate color fee of $250.

How can I qualify for wholesale pricing on the Safe Zone Helmet Mirror?

  • Efficient Velo Tools is pleased to work with a variety of professional bicycle mechanics, providing wholesale pricing to qualified individuals and businesses. This includes bicycle shops, mobile or team mechanics, applicable charitable organizations, and retailers who would like to sell our Safe Zone Helmet Mirror.

  • To qualify for wholesale pricing, simply complete this online form: EVT Dealer Application. Upon review, we will contact you via email if you are approved. Your business must be bicycle related or a government agency, municipal agency, educational institution, manufacturer, retailer, or a 501 (c) organization.

  • We do not drop ship, and prepayment by credit card is preferred. Please inquire for alternative payment options. Dealers may not in any way sell our Safe Zone Helmet Mirror online for less than the $40 USD + shipping Minimum Advertised Price.

  • Dealers may not sell any EVT products on third party websites such as Amazon or Ebay.
